Columns not attached to levels

Hi everyone!

(Sorry for my english...)

We were working in a collaborative model, and we find with this problem:

The columns (a lot, no just the one of the example), are attached to certains levels with a Base Offset and Top Offset of 0.00, but they are over the top level and below the base level (As you can see in the image). If you change the Base Offset or Top Offset to another value, the colums reflect changes correctly, however if you get back to the original 0.00, the error comeback too. The same occurs if you change the Base/Top Level and back to the original. 

Someone knows what's happen?

Yes, something weird has happened. Might be just a glitch in the system.

Try the following.

Select one of the columns and select "Edit Family".

When the column family open make a small modification and correct it again (e.g click edit extrusion and cancel out again).

-Upload the family back into the project.

If the 'modification' is seen by Revit then it will ask to overwite the current family

If you do that the situation will be corrected

Just a bug in the software. Reload the column and all it's OK.
