Cannot see any folders from BIM 360 when trying to initiate cloud collaboration from Revit 2021

Good evening everyone, I have a problem, yesterday I was able to collaborate perfectly with a project on the BIM360. Today when I do my collabrate I no longer see my project folder?

I have already read several solutions but apparently this does not help? I have put my linked files in folder and I want to collabrate with a new template immediately and then link the files from the bim360.

But as I said, I don't see my project folder from the bim360 in collaborate, but in my windows explorer of the bim360. Can anyone help me is quite urgent for a client. Thank you in advance to all.save to the cloud pic2.JPGsave to the cloud.JPG

This is not telling much. Maybe you could invite somebody to the project so they can check what you have sofar?

Several things needs to be verified like

-What do you see in BIM 360 Docs (Revit files?, and can you download them?).

-Who is participant in the project.

-What kind of right and roles you have.

-Do you you use same account in Revit as in BIM 360

-Do you have the proper (cloud) licenses

-.....

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Goede morgen Louis,

-What do you see in BIM 360 Docs (Revit files?, and can you download them?).

-Who is participant in the project.

-What kind of right and roles you have.

-Do you you use same account in Revit as in BIM 360

-Do you have the proper (cloud) licenses

zie mijn website www.three-ddm.com

Alvast bedankt Louis.

I will answer in English, so that other users can follow this thread.

-Is there something that changed in your computer between Saturday and now (e.g updates)?
-Did one of the other users change something in BIM 360 (e.g change settings, upgrade cloud models to the latest version)?

-If you try to approach it with a different computer can you get it to work then?

-Which Revit version have you been using?
-(If you use older version), what happens when you try it with Revit 2021?
-You could try to download the files from BIM 360 and collaborate again to a new folder in BIM 360
-Do you know which server you are using (europe or usa)?

P.S. I personally would not ask a user forum to use team viewer on my computer.

If you have have a (support) contract with Cadac, you also could ask them to assist you.

Good afternoon Louis,

-Is there something that changed in your computer between Saturday and now (e.g updates)?

Only updates from Autodesk
-Did one of the other users change something in BIM 360 (e.g change settings, upgrade cloud models to the latest version)?

Nothing i see or know?

-If you try to approach it with a different computer can you get it to work then?

Yes on 4 computers of my employees

-Which Revit version have you been using?

Alawys the last version, so 2021
-(If you use older version), what happens when you try it with Revit 2021?
-You could try to download the files from BIM 360 and collaborate again to a new folder in BIM 360

In a new folder everything is working but this large project is almost not possible to change Louis
-Do you know which server you are using (europe or usa)?

We have in my company a large server ,so european

P.S. I personally would not ask a user forum to use team viewer on my computer.

If you have have a (support) contract with Cadac, you also could ask them to assist you.

Not any one i allow this, a lot of people i know on the forums, and when somebody takes over it will always be on the IT'er his computer, and for sure my IT'er see everything. 🙂 Thanks Louis and have a nice evening

Revit 2021 usually only looks for other Revit 2021 files, or only allows you to view only revit 2021 files. Have you tried to find the files you are looking for through BIM360 and not Revit. You may have to have the other files updated.
