can you see a call out that you made in a section on a plan view?

Don't know if my question made sense hahah but I have a plan view and in my plan view I made a section.

And in that section I made a call out to make some details about the section and now I was wondering if I can view that call out as a section on my plan view. Just wanted to know if that was possible without referring a section to that call out.

If there isn't any way than that, I will just have to do that.

You can 'Reference Other View' when creating a Section. Here you will be able to select your callout view name and it will show as a section on plan.

true, but wanted to know if there was another way. If there isn't any then I guess this will have to do!

You could go and cut the live section you want in plan and copy paste into the new section any detailing work you've already done.

Yes you can.  Change Parent view to None.
