Can't move Revit Tabs

I just have so much trouble moving the tabs... Just want one of the view tabs on other screen and need to drag the tab outside. Sometime somehow it works once in a while (like once in 100 attempts). Says that I can hold ctrl key and drag with left click... but it just won't work. Am I doing it something wrong? It's super frustrating.

I do this but not sure if you need to use CTRL anymore, just click on the View Tab and drag away.

I always drag downwards first so its as if I am removing from the View Tab Ribbon.

The only other advice is to ensure you Multi-Monitor/Screen arrangement is aligned correctly

You know, there is a famous quote about that attributed to Albert Einstein..... 😉

The only other solution I could offer is resetting the CUI which forces all dialogues, menus, etc. back to default!

Thank you!
Yes I have the exact the same monitors, and dragging downwards still won't work for some reason. Are you able to move the tab always with first attempt? Now I am wondering if it's my computer...?

😂I happened to love Einstein...! Though I am not as patient as to repeat this 1/100 efforts 😂

I just found something it was better success rate. like 1/10.
I grab the tab, and drag to left and right a few times, then somehow the tab detaches from the Revit window!

It works first time every time here, probably not what you want to hear.
