Just create the profile shape yourself.

Start a new profile family and then under Family Category and Parameters 

change the Section Shape to C Profile with lips

This with give you the parameters you need to create the profile

Although looking at the parameters you are going to have to know the formulas to calculate the values for the Centroids.
