I have the setting to fine and that doesn't seem to be working. I also have the VG on but nothing. And it's just this floor that's doing it. I'm still learning the program but would love to learn so it doesn't do it again.

Hey,

It may be because of the view range settings. While in the plan view can you check view range settings from properties window.

I am dropping a link for you to understand view range better.

Obviously we need to find out what the issue is the location lines are there and this would indicate some measure of  visibility, would I be correct to assume these are Beams Systems and could it be that you copied the Beam System but not the Beams?  In 3D are all the beams shown in a 3D View?

Also if they are Beam Systems do they have beam sections assigned in the Properties Palette?

To check if this is a Visibility Issue and quickly resolve this to get to a working state you could open the Working View

View Tab > Graphics Panel > View Template > Create Template from Current View > Apply to Non-working View
