Already Loaded rectangular column cannot be drawn or inserted in project

Hello people..I have to make a rectangular structural column in revit..I have loaded that column from folder and it is showing in the family branch in project browser (SS 1). But when I try to draw a structural column it is by default giving the I steel column. In the properties drop down panel it is showing only universal steel column and I cannot find the rectangular column that I loaded earlier (SS 2)...Kindly clarify regarding this..Thank you. I will attach SS for better understanding.

This is simply because it’s an Architectural Column Family and not a Structural Column Family!

There is a difference between the 2 disciplines for columns family categories.  Try drawing a Column from the Architectural Tab you will see the Column Reference in the Properties Palette as shown in the image.
