I am looking for a solution were my bridge deck is slope in long direction and curved in plan, the steel beams are placed underneath to o that. I want to aling those beam to the bridge deck soffit.

The decks are in in-place floor category (as per client requirement).

Looking forward a good solution.

Model a wall below the in-place floor.  Attach the top of the wall to the bottom of the floor.   Then, with the beam tool, use "pick lines" and select the top edge of the wall.  You may have to check 3D snapping before placing the beam.
