Today l paid for a 3 year AEC subscription.  However, Revit 2025, Recap Pro 2025 and Autocad 2025 are currently still displaying 'trial duration', however, the other software l have do not state the trial duration.

How do l resolve this matter?

What's it say in your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com?

Is that what it says on your account? Have you tried signing out then signing back in? Did you get the confirmation email of your order?

I would chat with Customer Service it could just be a glitch in the system, they are definitely included in the AEC Collection so still install as a trial and use and when rectified at Autodesk's end you simply carry on using as a subscription and no need to reinstall!
