Adding label to spod elevation
The easy way:
Select the spot Elevation and add a suffix or prefix.

Your suggestion it won't work for me..because I'm trying not to do it manually I want to add a formula to the label to show the value the NAVD Elevation for all the spot elevation I have in plans. See the picture below.
You can do it in the type properties.

You can copy paste aligned the spot elevation and change it to a different type that is based on Survey point.
