Would you please show a section in your beam and floor and the top and bottom levels?

the Bottom offset for your view is -1200 and your View Depth is -1800. if that is going Down past the next floor you will be able to select the elements that are within that range. do they need to be that deep?

like @MostafaElashmawy  requested, can you please post a screen capture Section showing levels and the elements in question. Also have you checked your underlay settings?

Tune the primary view range:

1. Top - 0.1.Ground Level - offset 0.0

2. Cut plane - 0.1.Ground Level - should have negative offset -1000.0 (example)

3. Bottom - 0.1.Ground Level - offset - the value of the depth of the floor.

4. View depth level - 0.1.Ground Level - offset value is the same as for the "3. Bottom"

In your presets - you have some view range above the ground floor showing what actually located on the 1st floor.

Otherwise check the presets for beams, on which level location lines are placed.

This should help.
