Hi, it's probably not what you would like to hear but unfortunately, I cannot answer this for you as this would not be the right way to solve this.
What I would suggest is;
Open Revit > New Project
View Tab > Create Panel > Drafting View
Annotate Tab > Detail Panel > Component
Properties Palette > Type Selector (Top of PP) > Place any Detail Item in the View
Annotate Tab > Detail Panel > Region > Drop Down Arrow > Masking Region
Draw a Rectangle over half of the Detail Item
Look in the Ribbon > Contextual Tab (Green) > Modify Detail Items - What options are available to you?
