3D Rebar per view

3D Rebar per view

It looks like I can only set rebar to display as a 3D object as an instance propert of the rebar? Can I set it per view or anything? Thanks.

try starting with 1 view and setting the display the way you want.

then, save the view as a view template

then, apply the new view template to another view

 

it should work

That's the thing, there doesn't appear to be any way to control it per view. The only way seems to by an instance parameter on the rebar it's self. Once you enable it for that view (on the rebar properties), you can by setting the view to Medium or Coarse. But no matter what, you first need to enable it on the rebar. Unless i'm missing something. It might be a performance safeguard. 😕
