REVIT 2017 Creating an English ribbon

Dear Sirs,

I have installed a Revit 2017, full version with regular license.

I want to use it with the English ribbon and commands.

I followed the instructions:

changing in the desktop shortcut the language extension to ENU.

Despite that the ribbon remains in Japanese.

What else Should I try to use in English?

I have a windows 10 in English installed , I am in Japan.

As I also use both version Japanese and English version, I can advice  you to add "language" before ENU like below.

It will solve the issue, hopefully and I have no trouble with this.
