Unable to unhide column grid

Seting up a new project, I have the levels synced up but I cannot get the column grids to show up - according to V/G Overrides Annotation they should be visible.  When I RH (Reveal Hidden) the column grids appear, but when I tab select on any one of them, right-click and choose Unhide in view, the options are all grayed out.

The Architectural plan has the grids all visible

I believe the grids you see are from a linked Revit model. You will need to copy the grids from the link or create your own in the model. Alternatively, you could configure the view to show the grids from the linked model, but you must do this through the visibility graphics  Revit links settings.

They are indeed from the linked model - I'll try the Revit Links as suggested

I usually copy & monitor the grids from the linked file into my MEP model, as this allows me to adjust the extent when I create enlarged plans and other views, such as sections.

Thank you both - the V/G for revit links worked
The project is more in-house than anything
