Text parameter issue in schedule

I have some issue with text parameter on schedule as attached screen recorder.

Change your parameter from a type parameter to an instance parameter.

as @apjones mentioned those are probably Type parameters and editing them will affect any parameter in a family of the same Type. 

if you need different sized panels, make a new family type with the correct dimensions and use the new type in your project.
