Text not displaying in Panel Schedule

This is my first time creating a Panel Schedule and I am running into an issue where the data isn't visible in the schedule, but if I click on the cell data will show up in the properties panel.

I thought it might have been a situation where the font was white on a white background, but apparently changing the font color doesn't resolve the problem.

After an hour trying to sort this out I am lost as to what is going on.

Any suggestions?

Finally found a solution in an old post if anyone else runs into this.

I just opened a new electrical project and transferred standards from that since the download provided is circa Revit 2012.
