Hi @Anonymous, 

I hope you are well! 

I uploaded a project file for you with quite a few families/fittings in. You can simply select the Tee with Lateral Reduction which you desire and then click on edit family to open it in the family editor, then simply save the family where you on you PC(or where you desire) and load it into your desired project. Or you can save the families to your PC directly from your project browser
