Tagging content within a Camera View

When I go into a camera view, I want to be able to tag equipment and ducts, is this possible?  Yes, I have 'locked' the view, but still the Tag by Category command and the Text command are grayed-out.

From what I recall, Perspective (default camera) views cannot be annotated. You would have to change the 3D view to Orthographic, which unfortunately removes some of the appeal of using a Perspective camera.

There was a Revit Ideas once upon a time (pre-2016) which got canned due to lack of support.
