System Analysis calculation with empty report folder

Hi,

I am using Revit 22. After defining analytical systems (including hot water, cold water, fan coil, and VAV), assigning the systems to the spaces (with no undefined space/zone left), when I run the analysis, it takes Revit 3 hours and then suddenly it shows on the bottom right that there is no background calculation. That is when I try to find my reports, but the report folders are empty, and also on the project browser, under the report, there is this red cross next to the report name (attached a screenshot for this).

I appreciate any help to resolve this. Thanks.

Its probably the same issue as this post.

Autodesk development team are working to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your reply. However, when I create a simple model, I can see the results and report. I think there is a problem with my developed model. So now my question is this: Can we change a generic wall/floor/ceiling to a customized one for the purpose of analysis or Revit can not handle customized elements? I am thinking maybe that is the problem, since I don't have any undefined system-zones in my model that can cause a problem.

If you mean can you use your own wall types then yes and I don't think that should cause the calculation to fail.

Have you worked through this?:

(One thing to note if you're creating your own constructions is that insulation materials in the database generally don't have any insulation value (!) and you have to add thermal assets to the material.)
