Sync with central model working for 1 local but not others

Hello, we have a weird problem going on now. Where we are able to sync one local file to the central model without issue, but the other local models are not able to sync. What could be the causes of this?

Usually when i see the "Cant Reconcile" message, it is because it has been too long since the last Sync to Central for the file(s) trying to Sync.

• Delete the locals on the ones that can not Sync and have Revit remake them.

In addition to the response from @hmunsell , I have also seen this happen if one of the users is working in the Central file and they sync.  That can sever the connections of the other users.
