Specialty Equipment Schedule and Electrical Circuits

I have a schedule of specialty equipment schedule that shows the panel and circuit number. However, I can't get the schedule to include the electrical circuit Load Name.

Anyone know how to get it to be included into the schedule? This is different from the panel schedule.

- Lighting Devices
