Spaces only visible when room boundary is turned off

Hi everyone,

Ran into a issue regarding spaces that we have brought in from the architects model into our MEP model via turning on room bounding, spaces then place spaces automatically. Revit seemed happy with them coming into our model informing me there was X amount of spaces however did not appear in my plan view.

Check all the usual suspects of view range, template and offsets then went to another project to check with the same settings which worked correctly. Then turned room bounding on the archiotects model off and suddenly they appeared in my model however obviously at the wroong size. which you can see in the video attached.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this, don't deal with spaces that in-depth.

Thanks

I don't follow what you mean by "spaces that we have brought in from the architects model into our MEP model via turning on room bounding, spaces then place spaces automatically" - are you saying that you have created Spaces in your model to duplicate Spaces which already exist in the architectural link?

Anyway the "Space is not in enclosed region" error means that there are no bounding elements to enclose the Spaces. This will happen if the linked file containing the walls etc is not loaded.
