How to assign and/or remove double circuit from a receptacle

Hi guys,

I'm new to circuiting. I have a panel that has 34,36 assigned to a receptacle. I wanted to remove the last one. How do I go about doing that?

Also, this device here has 2 poles. So whenever I assign it to the panel, it automatically assigned 2 circuits to it. I tried changing the pole from 2 to 1 so I can assign it to a panel, but after I changed that, it does not recognize the panel and says cannot assign or add panel to the circuit.  The voltage 208V is out of range for the line to ground voltage for that panel.

You must create a new circuit naming rule using Circuit Index and assign it to the panel.
