Space Names are not showing up on model

I have created spaces in the mechanical model but the space names are not showing up on the model.  They show up in the schedule though, I am not sure what else to do.

Have you created tags and placed them on the model?

Yes, and it lets me place it but then they are not visible.

ok, and when you say model, do you mean a 3D model view, or is it a background, or a new floor layout?

The "Space Naming Utility" will pull the room information from the architectural model and push it to your spaces.
