Scope Boxes Hiding my levels

I'm linking an Architectural model into my MEP model, but the arch model have scope boxes and they are hiding my levels in my linked drawing. I need to delete those scope boxes but I can't find them. Does anyone know how to find them?

The easiest way to 'purge' scope boxes is to open a 3D view and isolate the Scope Box object category in the view (it's under Annotation Categories. You'll be able to select and delete them from there.
