Schedule for Switch Connections

How can I create a schedule for switch where it shows the location of the switch and the lighting fixtures that are connected to it? It would be a great help if somebody could help me figure this out. Thanks.

you can make a lighting fixture schedule and assign the Light, Space and Switch ID. you can then sort by Space Name and then by Switch ID.

I had done the same, but the issue is that since I have assigned multiple fixtures to a single switch, it (the switch ID is shown repeatedly in the schedule. Is there anyway where I can manually change the details of the schedule? Or is there anyway where I can Create a switchboard with multiple switches?

Hello,

Your schedule does not show Switch ID, and your could sort by Switch ID instead of Mark, and uncheck the Itemize every instance to group them.

@fabiosatoHere is an the Legend (Pic 1) that I have manually created since I couldn't get the exact same details with a schedule. And when I try to uncheck itemize every instance in the schedule, this is what is happening (Pic 2). Please let me know if there is anyway where the schedule can show the same details, t would be of great help, I wouldn't have to manually keep updating the legend every time there is a change in the connections.

Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunaly it is not possible to group the information as you want direct from Revit, maybe you can achieve it using Dynamo.

@fabiosatoThank you for your solution, will definitely look into how I can resolve the issue using Dynamo.
