Routing preference --> Junction not showing the family I want, even when I load it

I've used the "Preferred Junction Type" as "Tap" for most my project. Suddenly, when I go to "Routing preferences", the "Junction" section doesn't have the family that I need anymore. I tried loading it but nothing happened. It was working before but it is not there anymore. Please help

I've used the "Preferred Junction Type" as "Tap" for most my project. Suddenly, when I go to "Routing preferences", the "Junction" section doesn't have the family that I need anymore. I tried loading it but nothing happened. It was working before but it is not there anymore. Please help

Sure. Please show us what you have, what you want, your routing preferences, and the family in question.

Is the family a Tap or a Tee or some other type e.g. Wye, etc?

Hello,

 

Did anybody removed unused families from the project? Usually it would be possible when done manually, not through Purge Unused.
