The linked file we are using has abbreviated all of their room names and I would like to make them full names in the schedule. I THINK that would require some sort of "calculated value..." formula that would read something like:
IF (Name = OFF, "Office", IF (Name = STOR, "Storage")) This formula obviously didn't work for me haha.
I would also like to create a "calculated value..." column that reads the room/space name and it populates text.
IF (Name = OFF, "Business Occupancy", IF (Name = STOR, "Storage Occupancy")) Again, this didn't work of course.
Can this be done? The "Name" parameter is the one that comes embedded in the Identity Data of the Room/Space properties (I think)
This particular project is being done in 2016.
