Room showing below Roof in Site Plan

I have a room showing under the roof in my site plan. I've messed with the view range, phasing, graphic overrides, and I can't figure out why I'm seeing the gym floor when there's a roof modeled there. I can see the roof there in my 3D and roof plan views, so why is this one room  just randomly showing through?

Here I have the roof selected in the site plan view:

Vs it being selected in my roof plan view:

I have my cut plane way above the building so I shouldn't be seeing anything under the roof. I'm stumped.

Select the room and see how tall it is (Limit Offset)?  Or cut a section trough the room and adjust it accordingly.

Here's a screenshot of the properties:

So does that mean the room will show through up to 23ish feet?

Is this not indicating the room is too tall that it is poking through the roof?

Change it to 8' or the intended height.  Or change the Room computations to Area/Volume and let Revit use the roof/ceiling to bound the room automatically.

Well I can see that it's not too tall because on my roof plan, the roof isn't visible. I can't really edit the elevation of the roof because it's the architect's model and we don't have access to changing it.

What you show is the height of the Room, not the Roof.  I did not ask you to change anything to the Roof.
