Altough i have deleted all of my rooms and still these cautions are showing ... ho do i delete these from the list as well.

Did you delete the rooms in a plan view? That doesn't delete them entirely, they are still stored in the database for reuse, placing them elsewhere like moving a room from the first floor to the second. You need to delete them from a room schedule. Phases also factor in. Rooms exist in a single phase so you could have rooms in an earlier phase that your aren't aware of.
