Revit Task Automation For MEP Model Preparation & Export

I am currently using version 2022 and I need to issue MEP models on a bi-weekely basis to my client. I must implement the following tasks before every issue:

• Delete all views except the default splash/home view

• Delete all sheets except the splash sheet

• Purge all unused families

• Compact the project file if possible

• Export the model to IFC 4 format

• Export the model to Navisworks NWC format

Can anyone suggest how i can automate these tasks

Hello,

You can use e-Transmit to delete views, sheets and make the purge, I suggest you to leave a 3D view to Export to Navisworks and IFC
