Revit Print Selection Set

I am trying to print a project and I am doing Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical. I am creating PDF's of each discipline. So I create Print sets for each discipline.  However, when I print the set when I first change to a different discipline it still prints the last selection set. If I then reprint it prints the correct set. I have to Print it twice to get it to print the correct sheet set. Am I doing something wrong on the first print where it is not doing the correct selection on the first attempt?

Can you include some Screen captures of what your doing/selecting so we can see your settings.

when selecting your sheet to print are you picking Check None prior to picking your next set?

I have the selection sets correct. The problem is when I change selection sets from the Mechanical selection set to the Electrical selection set it prints the Mechanical set. Then I print again without changing the selection set and it will print the Electrical selections. Then if I switch back to print the Mechanical the first try after changing it will print the Electrical set then I reprint without changing the selection set and it will print the Mechanical.
