How are you trying to add it to the system?

Do the connector properties in the boiler correspond with the system?

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Share a portion of the model that exhibits the issue.

Boiler connector properties is Hydronic supply and when i draw pipes in plan it turned into grayed hydronic Return ??

The message in part 5 is nothing to do with the boiler - it is telling you that your pipe routing options don’t have a suitable fitting in order to join the pipes and it appears from your screenshot that there is no elbow/bend fitting in the routing options.

The other problem seems to be that you are trying to connect a supply pipe to a return connector?
