Keynote Schedule Missing Text

The first row of my keynote schedule won't display the keynote text. Things I've tried that didn't work:

  • Removed all the keynotes on a sheet and replaced them
  • Created new schedules, thinking it's a formatting issue
  • Loaded different keynote tables
  • Printed sheets to force an update

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

legend on the sheet (gold is just my jpg highlighting):

editing the legend, the blank cell:

Check your keynote database see if you have entries with same number but
different descriptions.

Itemized schedule and see you have keynotes with same number but different descriptions. If so, fix the database and reload.

Can you show a screenshot of the itemized keynote schedule?

I checked. No dupes. Kind of wish there were, so this would be fixed.  🤔

Are you able to share your model, or part of your model, so that someone can see the behaviour happening in the model environment and explore the settings etc?

Try typing the text right into the schedule.   That will overwrite whatever else is in the keynote text.  Maybe there is some strange formatting embedded within the text.

or if all else fails, delete this keynote and start with a new one.

The problem was a stray keynote that had an invalid keynote number.

I’m glad that you found a solution to your problem but I feel that I didn’t do much to help with that so you should probably mark one of the other posts, or your own post above, as the solution to help anyone else in the future.
