@hossamnet0semo, quick question... did you ever have the correct paths? The Screecast below will show you where to find the paths.

Depending on where you've installed Revit, the paths may be slightly different.

FILE LOCATIONS
Construction Template : C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015\Templates\US Imperial\Construction-Default.rte
Architectural Template : C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015\Templates\US Imperial\default.rte
Structural Template : C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015\Templates\US Imperial\Structural Analysis-Default.rte
Mechanical Template : C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015\Templates\US Imperial\Mechanical-Default.rte
Default Path for User Files : C:\Users\\Documents
Program Path for Family Template Files : C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015\Family Templates\English_I
Root Path for Point Clouds : C:\Users\\Documents\PointClouds

PLACES
Imperial Library : C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015\Libraries\US Imperial\
Imperial Detail Library : C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015\Libraries\US Imperial\Detail Items

Or you could also try resetting the Revit.ini file.

1. Close Revit

2. Find and delete or rename C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2015\Revit.ini

3. Restart Revit

The INI file will automatically be copied back to that location from the Cache folder and should have the default paths.

If you go to Windows Explorer, can you see the ProgramData folder? By default it's a hidden folder. You may need to turn it on. I just want to verify that you do in fact NOT have any templates/families installed.

Another quick question... is this a new installation of Revit 2015?

@hossamnet0semo I would uninstall and reinstall using the Virtual Agent direct download to download the entire installation package. Follow the steps below to perform a clean uninstall & reinstall.

STEP 1
Please refer to this AKN article for information on how to perform a clean uninstall
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall

STEP 2
Make sure you have the websites listed in this Autodesk Knowledge Network unblocked

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCA...

STEP 3
Remove as much as possible from your %TEMP% folder
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-delete-temporary-...

STEP 4
Then download the entire installation package for Revit 2015
http://efulfillment.autodesk.com/SWDLDNET4/2015/RVT/DLM/Autodesk_Revit_2015_English_Win_64bit_R2_dlm...

STEP 5
Once it's downloaded, simply run (double-click) the executable file. Follow the prompts to install Revit and the desired content.

STEP 6
After successfully installing Revit 2015, make sure you download the latest updates, too. You can find any available updates at your Autodesk Account Management page. The most recent update for Revit 2015 is the Release 2 Update Release 14 (R2UR14), build # 20160512_0715
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/downloads?release=2015
