Hi,

I do not found similar case, so I will start a new topic.
I encounter a problem with spot elevation properties labels in duct and pipe tags. In tags where a spot elevation are used, a leader don't grab border of tag but go somwhere into the center of the label. It looks like the problem is with an incorrect border calculation for spot elevation properies. For others lower/upper end elevation properties it looks ok.

I create a test project and two simple tags from the default template to eliminate a problem with posibility of corruped files. You can find files below.

I would appreciate your feedback if you got the same result.

Make your label Opaque instead of Transparent and see if that helps.

I tried this before, and in some way it could be a temporary half measure. Still it not work as should be and attach properly  to a label border.

I stand by my original statement.

I downloaded your "Test Project.rvt" and looked at the current definition of your duct and pipe tags.  The label type 3mm is set to transparent.  Change them to Opaque, reload the tags and the problem is solved.
