Revit 2023 delete elements when opening R22 MEP Model as template

We use a Revit19 Template to set up MEP model. We never have issue of loaded families in the model when we set up Revit 20, 21, & 22 models. When we try the template for project in Revit 2023 we get more than 400 warnings to delete families in the template.  the Warning is "Can't make type "Element with ID". it will be deleted we." .

  • Model is being opened Detached.
  • Model upgraded to Revit 22

Please help if anyone encountered this before and/or have a solution.

I'd say its time to remake your template 😉.  From what it sounds like, you have been upgrading a 2019 template for the past 4 versions +/-? Was the 2019 template a fresh template or was that upgraded from an older version? how many times has that "Chanel Horizontal Bend" been upgraded?

I typically remake my templates every 3-4 versions. It is time consuming, but it keeps them clean(er) and I have less issues in the long run.

if you can upload your 2019 template for us to look at, maybe we can see what's happening?

What does the error message say if you click on the "expand" button and then expand the individual errors for each item? That might give you a clue as to what has gone wrong.

Thank you all , Issue Resolved.

@iainsavage  error message was "Failed to apply family parameters." I searched for the error and found the solution.

Good to know, you should mark your own answer as the solution for others in the future.
