Railings - on a ramp the rail structure does not appear

Hello, 

I have build a new railings families and set a new railings.

i have loaded it to the project and placed it on a ramp.

as can be seen in the attached in part of the ramp the railing wan't fully built and i get the message 

"Can't create geometry for one or more Rails"

while putting different railing it was built ok.

is there a parameter i can play with for overcome this issue?

I have private message you for the model and family for me to see the issue more clearly, is there a way for you to record Screencast of you reproducing the issue? Or in steps how you got the warning message?
