Radius elbow ducts

In my revit 2024 software, I only have flanged radius bends, not radius elbow ducts. Are these two different? How can I get a radius elbow duct?

The bends are the same, the flange is how they are connected to one another. This is typical for all duct services throughout the world. 

Using a flanged elbow is no different than using a the other type, only the visual graphics of the flange. In my opinion, i would use the flanged connection as this would be better suited for coordination.
