Hello everyone,
I need some help.
I am working on some big Projekt, building with 60 levels. I am in Ventilation sector.
I become the Archi and Ventilation for all floors, but now i need to upload floor by floor ( to be checked from koordination company).
is there any chance to save only one floor, without deleting others floors manualy ?
I have selected all elements from the floor, make a group and try to save it on another file, but its not working…
Thanks in advance,
Mite

Hello,
Are you uploading the RVT file or another format?
Are you using ACC Docs?

I need to upload in RVT File

This is not a typical thing to do in Revit. What you might try is putting all the elements you want to see on a specific workset and the others on another workset. Then dont link in the latter workset to your current project.

That is already done from another Company.
I got the all models and i Linked the Arch.
Now I need to upload Ventilation floor by floor in BIM 360 in rvt file.
The point is, I need only Ventilation from separate floor, and to upload floor by floor im BIM 360.

Very unusual.
If you split the models then you will have no valid design/system information because the systems will not be continuous.
Also controlling standards, visibility settings etc across 60 different models would be virtually impossible.
I've no idea why you would need separate models and I've never needed to do this.
If someone just wants to see one floor at a time they can just create views with appropriate view ranges or section boxes.
I think you should seriously reconsider the validity of this workflow before you waste a serious amount of time and effort on it.

You can quickly set up floor plans by using view ranges of Bottom: associated level and Top: level above (with or without offset values). That way you can apply the same range to every plan without having to adjust offset values for each floor.
You can also quickly isolate each floor in 3D views by right clicking the view cube and using the orientation options:

Yes, but the people who are doing Coordination become all other systems also floor by floor and like that are checking the Issues.
Can I only cut a part from all model ?
Can I cut only one level and generate a new rvt fail ?
To give a level borders ?

In terms of your initial question "is there any chance to save only one floor, without deleting others floors manualy ?" - I don't know of any easy way to do that so I'll bow out and let others help you.
