Hi,

I have a problem with the Model Checker. I want to try a test with a new project but my results are alway blank and I dont know what is my problem. Can someone help me?

This is my result and this is empty. I have a new project and I have nothing in. Only some families and the worksets. So its a small file and I get always this message

Model Dashoboard.jpg

I use the Revit Model Dashboard.xml for the Model to export a Excel File and in Power BI I use this File to load my excel sheet Revit Model Dashboard 20220202.pbit

Maybe someone have the same problem and can help me

I am not familair with creating PowerBI dashboards. It seems the model checker is pulling data and exporting it to Excel ok. Therefore I am thinking it is a PowerBI issue. I expect PowerBI can not find the relevant data to create its dashboard. So it seems more of a PowerBI issue then a Revit issue.

Have you looked at the BIMinteroperability website? It has documents, sample files (model checker & powerBI) and video tutorials how it is supposed to work together. Maybe that can help.

I did a quick check on an opened almost empty project in Revit 2022 and used your pbit. Got results

With your excel it generates error. I expected it has something to do with formatting (number and dates).

(An often overlooked issue in programming)

For example if you compare our excel files.

So I changed the date in your file to:

Then powerBI again and voila

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Hello!
I'm joining really late on this post,

I noticed that the file size on the dashboard has a wrong format, it's like is reading the value on KB and not MB.
Do you know how we can solve this?

Thank you!
