Plotting and Color Scheme Legends

We are having an issue with a few projects where we have used color schemes with spaces (I don't know that it's limited to spaces, but this is where we encounter it)

When I plot more than one sheet, Revit seems to be opening and plotting the sheets faster than it can regenerate the legend, so it lists one or more spaces as "Calculating"

I don't normally want to slow big plot jobs down - but is there a way to force a multi-sheet plot to wait for each sheet to be ready?  Do I need to open all the plan sheets before initiating the plot?

According to: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...

They fixed the issue in Revit 2019 Service Pack 1. If you're plotting in any previous version to that, you'll have to open the sheet views individually and let it "calculate".

Please update Revit 2019 to most current update. See How to tie the Build number with the Revit update

That should fix it for you.

I'm very glad to hear that it's fixed - unfortunately, we have to work in whichever version of Revit that the lead consultant (usually the architect) is working in, and that ranges as far back as 2015.  We are just beginning to see 2019 projects now.
