Piping through cable tray

Hi,

I am struggle with putting cables (pipes) through cable trays. I have a lot of problems with connection two section on different height - when I trying to connect those pipes I always get error. Do you have any fast and easy solution for me?

One possibility is that the height difference is small, usually I make it bigger, connect and return to the position.
