piping model line and connector are offset from the 3d mep fitting family

hi Revit users and expert

I am not the expert when comes to fitting family

is it possible to take a look at this and let me know why it behaves as it is

This doesn't look quite like the out of the box wye...the ootb one works fine...can you try that one?

It is located here in the imperial library
