Pipe Types and System Types

Hello, I am trying to discover a way to make it so the System Type of a pipe is changed when the Pipe Type is changed. When switching between pipe types its a pain to manually change the system type as well. Is there a way to link this so if Pipe Type A is switched to Pipe Type B, then Instead of System Type A remaining the system type until B is selected, it does this automatically? Thanks.

The system is not driven by the pipe type, it is driven by the connector settings on the equipment.

Pipe types can apply to many different systems. A better solution would be to have the correct type applied when the system is selected. I've seen 3rd party software that does this but not the other way around for the reason stated above.
