Panel schedule adds empty rows

Hi!

Can someone explain to me why Revit keeps adding these empty rows between circuits in my panel schedule? For example rows nr 7,8,15,16, and 23 in the attached image.

I have other panels with their own panel schedules, using the same template, and there this doesn't happen.

Then panels are from the same family, so the difference shouldn't be there, or am I missing something?
