odd behaviour changing angles

Anyone experienced having a family with geometry depending on a angle behaving strange?

I am creating a bend with different width in, widhth out (according customer spec). It is meant to service angle's 45<angle<=90 (and depending on size in/size out).
So, it works fine going from i.e. 60 to 70 to 80 to 90. But when having done 90 and going back to i.e. 80 constraints are causing issues. I have got rid off all Automatic Sketch Dimensions in case they mess things up, but that does not solve it. Why can it go from 60 to 90, but fails when going back for 90 to 60?

I tried to use an intermitted angle so not to use 90 degrees but i.e. 90-30 to prevent having the angle switch from counterclockwise to clockwist to no avail.

Any idea's are welcome.

Attached the family so far.

Hi @j_feeke, the workflow I have used for controlling angled parameters in Revit families I have pulled from this post:

The solution seems complicated at first, but once you get the reference planes and dimensions configured it is quite straightforward. This process allows angles up to 90 degrees without breaking your constraints or "flipping" them around. I've attached an example family with this example as well (R23).
