No solution for view

I'm attempting to create a hot and cold water system for a project, I have a boiler, and then I have various other things, such as a bathtub. When I try to create an auto route piping system solution, I get this message:

"There is no solution for this view.

All the elements have been filtered for this view.

Select another view, and select solutions."

Now I have done what it says, gone to other views, looks at solutions. I've had a look in the filters part, as well as the VG shortcut, and there is nothing that seems either inherently wrong, or seems to be the cause of the problem of it not allowing me to lay pipes.

i think you have missed out bathtub some settings in filter settings, check bathtub what category is been missing in the filter settings. 

or share snapshot to discuss further.

The connectors settings may not be matching between the two components.

First thing to check is the flow direction, for hot water, the boiler should be out and the bathtub in, for example.
