Hi,

When I create vertical duct with some fittings I get warining that duct fitting has no loss defined.

After selecting fitting I am able to edit Loss Method Settings but everything is greyed out. It should be calculated automatically, but without that I am not able to run Duct Sizing and air flow in vertical duct equals 0.

I`d be obliged for any help.

Hi kubastan

The reason that the system does not compute is that you did not cap one side of the system. You must let the system know the starting point. Hence that part has to be 1 open end or connect to mechanical equipment and other must be capped. After that you can use system inspector or sizing method to perform.
